Welcome to the Catholic Youth Apostolate!

Catholic Youth Apostolate is a vibrant community and centre of faith formation in Australia that offers a youthful experience of Church "sent" into the world of everyday lives and ordinary people. Our continuing mission is: to explore new ways to share the gospel with the world. To bring new Life in Christ, and seek to be inspirational living examples of Faith, Hope, and Love today. To go boldly where no Apostles have gone before!

Founded in 2015 at the Parish of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church in the Catholic Archdiocese of Perth, Catholic Youth Apostolate engages Catholics both young and old, in innovative thinking about new ways to be witnesses of Christ intergenerationally. We journey together to discern our calling in life through living the Gospel of Christ as a community of faith.

Join our community in renewing faith, rekindling love, and bringing about more youthful participation in the Church! For the love of Christ impels us to radically live the gospel!

Teens Ministry

For 12-16-year-olds who have been through Confirmation. Take part in workshops inspired by the Catechism of the Catholic Church. Usually meets on the first Sunday of the month, unless there is something special going on.

Young Adults Ministry

For those aged 17 and older, to deepen personal faith and relationship with God. Bible sharing sessions, Scriptural reflection, and social events to foster camaraderie and sense of belonging.

Parish Community

Where the Catholic neighbourhood gathers to celebrate the life and mystery of God through the Word and the Sacraments (for all ages). Visit the Parish website for news updates and upcoming events.

FAST24 Experience

Annual Lenten Rally and Retreat involving a 24-hour Fast. For more information, visit the FAST24 webpage.

Music Ministry

Choir & Band (singers & musicians). A very lively, talented group of people who love music, singing, and food! Provides music at both the Saturday Vigil Mass (6pm) and the Sunday Night Mass (7pm).

Recreational Activities

A group of families with teenagers who got together for social soccer, and then started playing cricket, badminton, table tennis, and even going for picnics and other outings. Just regular folks who enjoy hanging out together!
