Under-18 Registration –  FAST24 Perth 2026

Admission Fee: $15 per person (ages 12–17)
 

Registration: All U‑18 participants must register online before submitting the Parental Consent Form.

Parental Consent:

• Parental discretion is advised.

• A Parental Consent Form is required only if the U‑18 participant will attend without a parent or guardian.

• If a parent/guardian will be accompanying the U‑18 participant, the consent form is not required, but registration is still necessary.
  
  

Steps for U‑18 Participants Requiring a Parental Consent Form:

1. Register online for FAST24.

2. Download, print, and complete the Parental Consent Form (below).

3. Have the form signed by a parent or guardian.

4. Submit the form by:

   • Email: Send a scanned copy to Catholic Youth Apostolate as soon as possible.

   • Event Day: Bring the original signed form to the FAST24 Welcome/Registration Desk.
     
     

Important Notes:

• This registration applies only to participants aged 12–17.

• U‑18 participants are not eligible for any Early-Bird Registration discount because the U-18 ticket is already discounted.

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, as some content may require parental guidance or may not be suitable for young children.

Once the form is completed and signed by the parent/guardian, please return a copy or scan of the signed form (email) to us before the close of registration date.  You may also hand-in the original signed form to the Parish Office before FAST24 starts, or the Registration Desk during FAST24.
